Distinguishing features
Celeste/Seafoam Green 2002(?) CAAD4 R500 triple ring with a trek Interchange carrier rack attached to the seat post, and a fairly large utility bag velcroed on to the top of the rack. The bike also had a MiniNewt USB headlamp on the handlebars, and two different types of magnet-powered tail lights attached (plus a solar-powered tail light velcroed to the top of the luggage bag)

Description of incident
I propped the bike up against a wall near the intersection of Peck and Live Oak and (stupidly) walked away from it several hundred yards to pick up something I had dropped; by the time I got back a minute or two later, the bike had vanished.
