Description of incident
The cable was cut and the U lock was left on the front tire locked to the bike rack. Stolen in the bank parking lot. The thief was disrupted in the theft. But he got the bike in his truck and took off before being apprehended. Several Royal Bank of Canada employees witnessed the incident.
