Description of incident
Bike stolen from inside the apartment building with two locked doors, while chain and padlock was secured to the stationary rails that were left unharmed. Lock itself was opened by bolt cutters and left at the scene. Small pick was nearby and left behind while the trailer was also locked and left unharmed.
