Description of incident
Was taken from me by two Hispanic men short in stature one on an electric scooter with long hair and a little chubby. The other guy had short hair) less than an inch and a lazy or wandering eye with what looks like a big scar under his eye from a knife or something close to that. Both men were about 5’4”. One of the guys distracted me while the other took the bike from behind is the tagalong and the bike directions two bikes in one week ll. Now I’m bike-less and homeless.
