Description of incident
A white male possibly in mid to late 20s was caught on video cutting my lock and stealing the bike from my apartment complex bike rack between 12 and 1 am. The bike is a genesis v2100 mountain bike green frame with white suspension bars. The bike has a red oval NOBTS sticker on the frame. I wish I also had the numbers that are on that sticker.
