Description of incident
I went to a Wringer and Mangle pub (13-18 Sidworth St, Dalston, London E8 3SD ) and chained my bicycle outside the pub on 19 Warburton Road. The time was 21:15 until 23:15 when I left and noticed the bicycle was gone and only cut chain was left at the scene. The frame size is 61cm.
