Distinguishing features

——————————————————Line #1 First a little history. Interestingly it appears as it does say that it is designed in USA California. It is quite funny in a rather strange way considering the fact it must have been made in California. Well who knows anyhow but wherever else this thing has been to, transferred to as well as wherever else it may have came from because still regardless anyhow other than to the best of my knowledge Utah is exactly where I actually bought this from to begin with. ———————————————————- Line #2 Even furthermore interestingly is just how much more ironic it was right before I even knew it while I was registering this thing on the evening of the 22nd of November 2021 started to notice something on the frame. Why this is furthermore ironic has to do with the fact about when I looked more closely with a flashlight on my phone that I was using in addition the backyard lights right after I had reassigned it back to that very state where it started from by having come from this very state of California itself was made in saw the word designed in California USA. Yes because when I was in Utah when I bought this I didn’t really pay that close attention at all because it was so subtle with the color in the way the wording was designed not able to be noticed at all. Just reference and think about the very song itself called “California Here I Come” with lyrics “right back where I started from” although of course I didn’t even buy it in California I still did however unknowingly transfer this bike back to California in July 2021. ———————————————————- Line #3 Nevertheless before I did transfer it out of state from Utah to California I still had to have myself keep it in one of the 2 bedrooms upstairs and not in the backyard. Like oh yes I was so stern about it as I knew full well I had to be because if I did not then a serious crisis would break out in the event should it be stolen which would especially even include severe mental health issues which would happen as result from that which coincidentally I already have mental health issues. That’s one of the last things I want happening is to end up with more mental health issues by having it so much worse for myself as results of it being stolen along with all that money put into it being wasted because the more the value of the bike the more that money would be wasted and lost. I knew full well I couldn’t afford to have this one stolen like I had the last one stolen and that one was just given to me which was the last Rockhopper I once had in California before it was stolen. Having a bike stolen especially based on the value and regardless of what the value is like which it is of course having so much money going down and wasted to a theft related incident. Unless of course one was giving a bike away for free then as long as a sign is on there saying free then that’s probably ok. However regardless even giving away a bike does not make it OK for one to just go and take it unless other words specify or the person goes to give it away. I still do have my concerns about the safety and security of my personal property and even other peoples from time to time which I absolutely must like always. Regardless I got to a point in my life because based on those severe security breaches I had which in particular was related to having 2 separate incidents in particularly with 2 bikes of mine being stolen because when it comes to bikes and other property being stolen That’s a bad history to have. I had myself register it in Utah regardless of whether it would be mine or not but for even furthermore safety and security reasons even with it being in the house with my local police department. I did not however register this thing in California until November until I went there for Thanksgiving because that was the only way I’d be able to look up the serial number on there which was by looking at it directly in person in order to show the description of the bike accurately. Taking pictures of it including and looking up serial number are all apart of it. ——————————————————— Line #4 This is a bike I bought in Utah to in part if not the sole reason to replace another bike of mine that was also a Rockhopper and had a silver color frame on it when it was stolen. This was a small but more agile bike than even the Specialized Expedition I once rode. That silver color frame Specialized Rockhopper was leaned up against a wall pillar with hard stucco outside the entrance to the Goodwill store which is located next to right where the Oaks Mall in Thousand Oaks is. Keep in mind Thousand Oaks is a safe city and more so than Oxnard and Port Hueneme especially of course. Nevertheless the less however still just like everywhere else if not necessarily as common of course like where it is more common and likely to transpire in other cities in particular such as Oxnard, Port Hueneme and sometimes even Ventura and even Simi Valley these things do happen for sure. I had never had a problem with any kind of bicycle theft whenever I had ridden in the city limits of Thousand Oaks until that very day near the Goodwill store. In the past as well as this present time I would always go and I still do go back outside to check on it every so often 3-5 minutes. Now during the middle end of January 2021 is where the rockhopper was stolen and even looking through a window to check on it is not always enough. Although it was intended to temporarily take the place of the stolen specialized expedition, the rockhopper ended up in some strange way became a direct replacement for it although it was not exactly a true replacement for the specialized expedition bike. This rockhopper was another bike of the specialized model type and the 2nd bike in my life to be stolen. ———————————————————- Line #5 The specialized expedition was silver and blue with a carrying rack on the back while I was also visiting california back in July 2020 towards the end of that month. This incident took place in Port Hueneme on my way back from the beach in Ventura going back to Camarillo. This was my 1st severe bicycle theft incident that took place during the end of July 2020 in my entire life. As someone who is not a resident anymore but a former resident of California visiting and having fun there I have to say one of the worst things I had to deal with while I was on a past trip in California. First the day started off really good but then towards the end of the day on route back to Camarillo things just go really wrong and really bad which was a really a serious incident. My phone was low on batteries and I had to stop at someplace to charge it in order to help me navigate the GPS before I could get back home. However myself also going to Port Hueneme was rather an accident and even furthermore strangely involves a strange story involving myself trying to get a dead cat off the street by calling animal control and being by the 99 Cents only store on Ventura blvd to charge my phone only to end up with a stolen bike as I was still bent on riding back. Yes this was a very strange story and one that is not relevant to talk about at this time and way too much. So ironic how I had to end up taking my eyes off that dead cat incident in order to have to end up focusing on a bicycle theft incident where my was involved in a theft incident. I never even left the bike alone as I was right next to the bike and before I knew it it was gone. I had that specialized expedition since 20I5 January. Because of 2 severe bike theft incidents in the past and this was the first one I’ve had to upgrade my security systems. ——————————————————— Line #6 This is a bike I now keep at my grandmas house now mainly in Camarillo and/or on rare occasions at my parents house in Simi Valley whenever I do want to ride it while I’m visiting my family where I used to live at one point in my life before I moved away several years ago where I grew up. This is a bike I have now designated to having transferred it from Utah to california for myself only for the purposes of california riding standard travel purposes but no other states. I initially do ride it more mainly in the local city it resides in as well as other local adjacent cities as well as within the county of Ventura. This bike is one I have designated for as well as to be a personal bike of mine that I bought for myself to keep at my grandmas house in California. ——————————————————— Line #7 It still has a Provo police registration sticker on it from Provo Utah and it still is registered with them but we don’t need to unregister it with them either. I Registered it up there and it still is kept registered with them for Double security reasons since that is still where I first registered it to begin with. I actually bought it back in the neighbor city of Orem Utah which is adjacent to Provo Utah back in the month of March 2021. Provo bike license registration number is on top of frame. Look at the letters on this. That is all Because of these severe issues regarding these 2 separate past bike theft incidences dating back to the times during the end of july 2020 on the 28 in Port Hueneme and Thousand Oaks on January 22 2021 while I was visiting California is the reason why I have upgraded antitheft security system now for myself.
