Theft occurred between 2/14 and 2/20, out of an apartment parking garage. Bike was locked with three locks against immovable object and a second bike. The strongest lock, a heavy duty hardened steel chain (ABUS GRANIT CityChain XPlus) was cut with an angle grinder - half a chain member was left behind. Second bike was left behind.
