stolen Trek Precaliber 24

Stolen from bike rack it was locked to at Robert Eagle Staff Middle School. RESMS reports the person who took the bike was recorded on video and provided this description: A man wearing a black sweatshirt with an under armor logo in white. He was over 6 foot tall with blue jeans on and brown or dark shoes. He was carrying an orange flag like a traffic flag (which may have been used to conceal a tool or device that was used to cut or defeat the lock).
