Distinguishing features

it's a white fat tire bike with 24 x 4 inch tires and a black rear rack. Frame is white with "Framed" written in red. And this is a problem: They don't seem to have the serial number printed anywhere on the bike. In fact, the receipt they gave me didn't have any serial number on it and I had to request an invoice that had one on it. But there is an identifiable scratch on the top tube under the dash in Mini-Sota (which is written on the top tube). I uploaded a photo of that scratch
