Description of incident
between 7:08 - 8:05 pm 10/13/2021 in front of the Dolores Park tennis courts the bike lock was removed and bike was stolen with no trace of debris. Person without home witnessed a "few hooded shorter guys with long hair and dark skin came through and looked at the bikes, but I didn't see anything else".
