Distinguishing features
Alpha SL aluminum. Cargo rack mounted over rear wheel. Shifter lever for rear derailleur (mounted on right side of handlebars) is missing the shift lever and cannot be shifted by thumb. Milk create in photo is not on bike, rack is still present.

Description of incident
Bicycle hanging on hook in garage door which was open in the evening (for 1.5 hours). Taken between 11pm and midnight 24th September 2021. Listen to your dog when it barks at random noises.
