Distinguishing features

Not a bike person at all. Looks like either a road bike or a mountain bike. Has a "bell" on the front. Rugged looking. Army Green and Black. Serial Number scratched off. This was left inside our lobby on or about July 3rd. Had to hold on to it because of it maybe belonging to tenants that were on vacation.
