Bike was locked (Ulock between rack, frame, and front wheel) at the bike racks outside of the overpass bridge of the UW Health Sciences Building at 10:45am, and discovered to be missing at 2:35 pm on 02/11/22. Additional accessories include a black rear fender, mutlti-colored Christmas lights wrapped around the frame, and a bike computer. There is an ‘I voted!’ sticker on the frame.
