Distinguishing features
Was locked to bike rack in back half of station. Someone must have cut the cable tying the bike to the rack. Bike is very large, made for taller people. Bike originally had rack on back, and scraped on the handlebars. Bike also has a Avon Lake bike permit hidden on it.
