Suspects entered locked garage of apartment building in U-Haul truck (plates and serial numbers were removed), camped overnight and stole several items from several tenants. Bike was on car bike rack with another bike, with cable and U-lock, but was not secured to the chassis of the car. Suspects cut the straps of the bike rack and stole the entire bunch (2 bikes, 1 cable, 1 U-lock, 1 bike rack).
