Stolen from inside locking bike cage at indicated address. Bike was locked to a bike rack with a u lock and cable through front tire. u-lock (Kryptonite brand) was cut, small piece was found but everything else taken. Bike had blue Overland brand pannier, headlight & tail light and women's avocet O2 saddle.
