Description of incident
I live aboard a sailboat at Marina City Club. I heard a strange noise sometime during the hour of 6am on the day I noticed it was missing. I cannot be 100% sure it was locked, but I almost always lock it to the arch of my boat. When I woke up and went out to ride my bike to work it was gone.
