Distinguishing features
Large orange frame. Name badge missing from head tube, but the down tube decals and "fatties fit fine" decala on the drop outs are still there. Chrome BMX handlebars and a BMX stem. Shimano Alfine hub on back, front & rear disc brakes. Attached pictures show the bike as purchased. It now has a shorter stem with chrome BMX bars and skinny tires.

Description of incident
Thief cut through fence of the indoor bike cage at my office in Fremont. Stole my bike, some light gray or tan panniers, and the light off of 6 or more other bikes.
