Description of incident
Bike left on the south east corner of 7th St. and Howard in front of the entrance to the condo complex (195 7th St.). It was there for approximately 20 minutes. Two male individuals in hoodies rolled up on bikes then proceeded with an organized theft. Person A blocked Person B with his body and bike to hide Person B from street view so Person B could stealthily cut the kryptonite chain lock. Once cut, Person A rode away and Person B got on my bike while holding his bike with his right hand and ghost-rides away with both bikes. Here is the video of the theft: https://vimeo.com/524969364
