At about midnight a hooded youth entered the courtyard where the bike was kept, cut the cable and walked off with the bike. I ran outside to chase him down, but couldn't see him when outside. I saw the incident, because I heard noises from the courtyard, when to look and initially thought someone was locking a bike.
