Description of incident
On March 17st, 2021, I put the stroller and my bike on our porch around 9 am. The living room curtains were open and but the front door closed. We can see the bike and the stroller from our living room. That being said, I opened the front door around 11 am and found only the stroller on the porch but the bike gone. NOTE: Saw the guy with my bike at 6pm heading towards Sunset Blvd. Somebody recognized him as Shadow or Shady, Hispanic with full black hair who is known for his bike stealing in the area. Last lived in Chinatown which is where he might have headed as well.
