Bike was locked to rack outside south end of UW light rail station. Bike + lock + helmet were gone. Frame color is deep red, and bike was outfitted with rear rack (black) with connector for trail-a-bike, rear wheel fender, down-tube fender, and two-sided pedals (flat + eggbeater).
