Distinguishing features
No front or rear reflectors. Frog pedals. Has a set of wide panniers that are exceedingly difficult to remove. Bottom bracket is a bit loose on the drive side so it creaks sometimes when pedaling. I have added a number of fairly simple accessories (frame was not built to install a rack). Front fenders V-stays have been shortened (combination of cuts and then bending to break) and have rubber caps (one left side cap is broken, but still useful), rear fender stays have not yet been modified.

Description of incident
According to security cameras the bike was stolen at 3:45pm. Most of the panniers' contents were on the ground around the corner. Another bike was left in the middle of the sidewalk where the bike had been parked.
