Bike was stolen from within closed 2-car garage. There was a heavy duty Kryptonite bike messenger chain with moly padlock chained around the top of the frame (would still be locked if not picked or cut, as the key was not stored with the bike). There's a black phone case attached to the front frame / handlebars, and on the front of the bike is an LED / Laser light.
