Between 9pm, when I returned from work & 10am the following morning, the railing in my secured entry building was unscrewed & my bike only was removed from this railing. It was the only bike stolen despite a much more well cared for & expensive bike also being locked on the same railing. I believe someone within my apartment building was the only person with the knowledge & opportunity to pull off this crime, due to the nature of the theft & need for power tools.
