Description of incident
The bike was on my hitch rack on my car in front of a friend's house. I didn't think much of leaving it there since it's a quiet neighborhood that I'm familiar with, middle of the day, and I knew it would be a quick stop. The bike was out of sight for less than 5 minutes while I was inside, and by the time I came out it was taken right off of the rack.
