Stolen from Mount Royal Junior high. Cable lock cut sometime between 9 AM and noon Friday, November 27. Seen Wednesday 9th December in front Centennial place East Tower. 520 3rd Ave SW. See attached pic of bad guy with smoke in his mouth on brand new fat bike. black down jacket with grey shoulders and hood. Maybe tattoos on neck. Maybe eye brow ring.
