Car was parked with rear end against the wall in an alleyway. Bike was stolen by an African American male wearing a red and gray Columbia jacket with a blue backpack. The bike was stolen off an over-the-tire bike rack along with another bike (Green Diamondback). We have rear dash cam footage as well as Ring video footage that was provided to the police.
