stolen 2020 Specialized Roubaix Sport

I was visiting from Mountain View and staying over night at my friend's place in Mosso Apartments at 400 Clementia Street. I secured all parts of my bike (frame body, front wheel, rear wheel) to a bike rack by the building with both a U-lock and a security cable. That did not stop the thief from breaking them with a bolt cutter and stealing my bike in the middle of the night. I was not present when this happened.
