My son left his bike outside of a friend's house for a few minutes, next to the porch. A black man with an olive colored hat and red backpack walked up and took the bike. We have video and the man has since been arrested. He told the officer that he gave the bike to a friend in the French Quarter.b The license is G02468 and is registered in Orleans Parish.
