Ibis was one of 4 bikes were locked to rack with cable lock. Wednesday 7/29/20.Lock was cut within 2 minutes of owners entering store. Suspect rode down Geary Rd and was followed by two civilians in cars who witness the incident. Suspect lost the civilians when he entered bike path
