Bike stolen from second floor balcony of my apartment at Capital Park Apartments on the Westside. Bike wrapped in black gaffers tape and comes from the Bicycle Shop in Baton Rouge, LA. Silver Spurcycle bell and Cloud-9 seat saddle. Thief leapt onto balcony from ground floor walkway railing — broke the wooden railing. Security cam was on, but I did not realize bike was stolen until 5 days later when it was too late to review the footage.
