Alleged Travis Michael Schwartz on 12-24-19, placed his bike next to mine in the Target bike rack located at 5071 Kipling St., Wheat Ridge, CO 80033. Next he cut my cable lock and rode off with my bike keeping my cable lock with him. He returned in a short while on foot to retrieve his bike. There is a warrant out for his arrest.
