+ BMX 16 inches rim. +Rear brake cable cut off and frayed at the end and reconnected. The adjuster is screwed all the way in because the cable was short. The bicycle has the ability to for the handles bars to spin around and around without ripping the cables. The right hand brake handle cable adjuster is stripped. There are four pegs to stand on the wheel axles - The belt was broken, only the half bottom is left. - Right handle bar ( rubber part) was scratched
