I locked my bike up at a bike rack in front of vons before walking into work at 12 pm on 9/22. I came back to get the bike at 7:30 pm and the bike including the rack it was locked to was taken from the side walk. I spoke workers at Vons but they have no security footage or information regarding the theft. The bike was locked to the rack with three separate bike locks.
