Stolen overnight from our garage. Have the perp on video. Middle age, heavy set, longish shiny black hair pulled in tight pony tail. Maybe homeless. This neighbors video of him is clear. I also have him on video pushing the bike out of the garage but not as clear. https://youtu.be/0i1ujSUWAKk
