Bike is very good condition: some scrapes. Has two holders for small head/taillights made out of rubber. Has a UPolice #40105 sticker (registered w/University of Miami), a Carytown Bicycles (shop where I purchased the bike) sticker, and a aftermarket black quickstand.

Description of incident
Front wheel of bike was locked to apartment building lobby bike rack. Front wheel was easily removable without removing the lock, so I still have the front wheel and unharmed bike lock
