Description of incident
My bike was locked with a kryptonite in my downtown oakland parking garage bike cage - somebody must be going in there and popping locks. I tried to file a police report but the oakland PD reporting website is down - I will come back to update this report once Oakland PD gives me a police report number - I also reported here https://project529.com/garage/bikes/tap-aero-headlight-chain/bolo
