At 6:15 our neighbor heard some noise outside his window he looked out and saw a man in a black hoodie, with a black backpack and brown tarp cutting the lock on my bike. He shouted and ran downstairs is the thief and saw him ride away on my bike but did not catch him. The thief left behind a black glove.
