Stolen near the intersection of NE Tillamook and MLK while unlocked. Chased perp down to NE Fremont x MLK but they got away. Did not get a good look at them. They headed in the NW direction from there. Last seen in the Chevron parking lot at the intersection of Fremont x MLK.
