Description of incident
Bike was hanging on a bike rack (Thule Helium Aero) behind the car on backyard parking lot beside my apartment, secured by lock from the rack . Early in the morning around 5:00 AM someone cut of the cable with a powerful tool causing damages to the rack and took my bike.
