It has black duct tape on the handlebars. The seat also can not be raised as it is welded to the bike itself. The bike is very light and small.

The bike was stolen while I was at work. It was chained to the bus stop in front of Runner and Stone Cafe. It was approximately 12:45 in the afternoon, it was the brunch hour and we were really busy. The thief was in the area for about 4 hours before he stole the bike. I also have video of the burglar stealing the bike, but sadly you cannot see his face. He was wearing a red NBA fitted hat, a red vest and black and white jordans.
