Bike was on bike rack on rear of a vechile driving south on College AVE in northern tempe to McKilleps, then right on
Scottsdale Rd to the 101/Scottsdale on-ram. Bike was not seen on rack after getting on the 101, no signs of bike falling off of
rack. Believe it may have been taken off of rack while at a stop light.
