I locked my bike around 6AM at work. It was concealed behind a dumpster and locked to a gas meter. I came out at 4:30 PM to find no sign of it. t’s a 2021 Cannondale Topstone 3 in XS, graphite grey. It has a rear rack and two stickers; one is blue and says “DC or Bust”. The other says “Amigos De Cyclistas” in grey. One of my pannier bags was also taken with the bike. The tires have a taupe-colored sidewall.
