stolen Raleigh

Location of Incident Garage of Unit, Addison Building, Naval Square Condos (600 Commodore Ct, Philadelphia, PA 19146) Incident Description Bike stolen from in front of storage locker between 10/24 @ 8 pm and 10/27 @6 am. Bike was next to another bike, with a bike cord wrapped around the two connected to the locker, made to look secure but was not locked up - which I acknowledge was my mistake (gated community with access-only garages). other bike, along with other unlocked bikes throughout the garage- were not taken. Bike is a lime green Raleigh W16 with two silver baskets on either side of the rear wheel. Above rear wheel is a black rack. Front Left handle bar has a circular mirror on the end. There is a flashlight on the middle handle bar. under the seat are my initials HMP. Below the seat are a light and red reflector. My white bike helmet was on the handlebar and that has a red light on the back. My green D/U lock was on the handlebar as well. Building Security/management have been notified and are unable to provide any information.
