stolen 2011 Specialized Crosstrail Sport Disc

I locked my bike to a bike rack at the bike parking area right next to the Stanford EVGR Building C, where there were many other locked bikes. The location was GPS coordinates 37.427055, -122.157289 (https://goo.gl/maps/KbBXmydmXg5msiot8). I left my bike there at 12:15pm on 9/4/21 and came back at 2:50pm on the same day, when I saw my bike missing and realized it was stolen. The thief had left my helmet behind but stole everything else (bike, front detachable light, back detachable light). There was no trace of my bike lock. My bike previously had an AirTag on it for tracking purposes; I found the AirTag by itself, discarded on the train tracks of the Caltrain Cal Ave Station, at 3:15pm. I presume the thief took off the AirTag and brought the bike with him onto the train to escape.
