At around 4:30PM on Sunday August 15, my son rode his bicycle to the Guitar Center store in Westwood on Pico Blvd. He left his bike locked on a bike rack inside the store, in front of a security guard. While he was browsing items in the store, a white Prius license plate 7XAW744 stopped, a man came inside the store and, told the security guard that he was doing repossession. The man used a tool to cut the lock, they took the bike and drove away. This was approximately at 4:45-4:55PM. The security guard took a picture of the back of the car and of its license plate.
