I accidentally locked my bike to the rack with the U Lock was only through the front tire. Suspects removed the frame from the wheel, and left the wheel and lock at the scene. Suspects were 2 men, 1 white, tall, blonde, balding, heavyset. One shorter, wearing a hat and hoodie so race/hair color is unclear. They had a scooter and another bicycle when they took my bike, and wheeled all three away, my bike on its back wheel only.
