had reached the place at about 8:15 am and parked the bike on the city bikeparking dock. I locked the bike from the dock with a combination lock and wentinside 111 Peter Street for an examination that I had to give. I came back outsideat about 12:30 pm when I saw that the bike was not there on the dock anymore. Ilooked around the areas of the building (a couple of blocks on each side) butcouldn't find the bike.
